Exchanges/Returns For Fitness Products 

EnviousBody want's to make sure that all of our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase as well as the customer service we provide. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.

We do not refund any shipping costs incurred TO and FROM your location which includes our freight costs for shipping an item TO you even if the item was marked "Free Shipping when beig sent to you".

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos, also send (Picture of purchasers ID), and (Picture of Receipt) to returns@enviousbody.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. 

Please note that all returned items must be in BRAND NEW condition and packaged in their original carton(s) in order to be accepted. if an item is returned that does not meet these quality guidelines, it may be subject to refusal.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food and supplements cannot be returned. Newspapers, books, magazines, software and DVD’s cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate like Swimwear, underwear, or socks and cannot be returned due to hygiene purposes.

Cancellations & Refunds - Fitness Products 

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

If you received the wrong item or the item is damaged or defective, there will be no cost to our customers for returns or replacements.

Reasons For Returns - Fitness Products 

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours to process and appear in your account. 

Credit card refunds will take between 7-14 business days to appear in your account. This delay depends entirely on your credit card company and any intermediaries.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 Exchanges (if applicable) - Fitness Products 

We will replace your fitness equipment/product items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, please take pictures of your product and send us an email at returns@enviousbody.com and wait for confirmation from us on where to send your item.

Shipping - Fitness Products 

To return your product, you should e-mail EnviousBody at returns@enviousbody.com and wait for EnviousBody to reply to your e-mail and receive a confirmation return address.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

The return address will be printed on your receipt and is set by default to the EnviousBody clothing facility. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 3 weeks. If EnviousBody return address facility isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returned by Customer - It is best to be advised to contact returns@enviousbody.com before returning any EnviousBody product, item, or clothing. We do not exchange any product/item categorized as an EnviousBody clothing menu item. We can only refund on product/item categorized as an EnviousBody clothing menu item at this time.

If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our fitness product or clothing supplier warehouses for a refund and/or an exchange.

Once we receive the item, we will refund or resend for a free replacement at our expense.

Customer's Responsibility - EnviousBody Clothing/Items Menu

If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product under the clothing menu category or simply wants to exchange the item, we can allow a refund and customer would then submit a new order for correct size or product. (Shipping costs would be covered by EnviousBody when returning an incorrect product or size for a correct new placed product order)

We will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item.

All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and their original packaging intact to be eligible.

All returns must first be approved by our Customer Service Team.

We are not responsible for package loss or package damage during return transit.

For returns, the processing time for the returned item will be between 3-6 business days upon receiving your item and depending on stock availability. For refunds, the processing time will be between 3-6 business days upon receiving your returned item. Refund time will also depend on the method of payment.
